The "Copy" to clipboard operation in the "Fields" listbox is effectively "dead"
-- nothing at all is copied to the clipboard.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Filled in a form. Opened "Page Info", switched to "Forms" tab. Found the
"Fields" list box properly populated with correct field names and values. Right-clicked on a line, selected "Select all". Everything was hilited. Right-clicked again, selected "Copy" to copy the selected lines to the clipboard.

Opened Notepad, tried to paste clipboard contents into it.
Actual Results:  
Nothing is being pasted into Notepad. Clipboard seems to have "empty" content (altho "Paste" menu item is active, as if there was some content in the clipboard.) Same happens with other text programs.

Expected Results:  
That the hilited fields (labels, names, types, and values) would have been copied to the clipboard in the first place, and into the application in the 2nd step.
