implementing something like that client-side is a bad idea. get a decent mail provider and do it server side. otherwise you end up having people worry about uptime for home machines, etc. This is a bug tracking system, not a support forum. Please don't submit a bug just because you don't know how to do something. (that's what your summary sounds like) This is almost certainly WONTFIX and prolly a dupe, but I can't search now.
