Using apr21 m16 commercial builds
The account manager dialog has a flat list for the accounts and subpanels; the
expand/collapse twisties are missing for account subpanels.
Suppose this is a duplicate of bug #36706 logged in browser for prefs and some
other dialogs.

nope, different problem... this has been around a while, the other one is due to
hyatt's changes last night.
