Instead of offering a radio button for every known ISP, keep it as before. Just three choices: Mail account, Newsgroup account, and RSS.
If "Mail account" is chosen, just ask for name and mail address. Then use the mail address to pick the correct RDF automatically.

bonus points for searching updates.mozilla (or whatever) to go find the appropriate rdf. My guess is the domain plus language should be pretty well determinstic for most email providers
