regression? frame state changes aren't being history-ized. browing 20 different frames at a site then clicking back takes you back to before you got into the frameset.
marking as a dupe of bug 36547. Radha, we knew that the SH would not repsect frames after the webshell change but I couldn't find a bug for it on your list so I'm going to use bug 36547 unless you have another somewhere that I didn't see. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 36547 ***
