Steps to Reproduce:
(Seamonkey: open Mail & Newsgroups window)
1. Make sure that no folder is selected in the folder list. For that, using a new profile (and creating an account) works.
2. File -> New -> Saved search...
(Do anything in the window that appears, without closing it)
3. Press "Choose" button
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
A list of folders with checkboxes appears, like when a folder is selected in the 3-pane window.
