Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8.1.1) Gecko/20061204 Firefox/2.0.0.1
Build Identifier: version 1.5.0.9 (20061207)

Delete, detach, delete all, detach all does nothing. I can issue those commands, and they will warn me if I really want to continue. I say yes and then they will do nothing. The attachments will remain. It is like this regardless for all the mails in my mail box, no matter the attachments are inline or not.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click the attachment pane and choose "Delete all".
2. Say "Yes" to the warning.
3. Observe that it does nothing.
Actual Results:
It does nothing.

Expected Results:
The attachments should be deleted (showing a red cross).
Sorry, just found that it does work on a minority of mails, but not others.
Detached attachments doesn't show that they are detached (bug 292385). And deleting them won't work. Normally deleting/detaching works for me though. Are you sure you are operating on a "real" attachments?
You're right. Sorry about the false alarm.
