I've packaged an XPI to install the two missing files into SeaMonkey 1.1. I'm uploading it to this bug for reference in case the SeaMonkey Council wants to make this available to 1.1 users.

I can detect the OS/platform and the buildID but I don't know how to detect the SeaMonkey version. Help?
Thanks for the help, it was a good idea for 1.1, fortunately it's now fixed the right way in 1.1.1
