Like bug 322172, only not! Next verse, same as the first...
As much as I hate to do this, this should probably block the first releases of the year... And (as much as I hate to do this), I'll take it, since I'm on the hook for those two releases; let the fun begin!

I guess it is. This is something release engineers are typically responsible for (or, at least, are notified of), and I hadn't seen anything come across my bugmail. Shame on me for not searching for it first.
