Can you give specific URLs where such ads appear, too? It sure looks to me like our latest adblocking CSS file should be blocking this...

Checked my history and it came from http://www.whitepages.com
I just revisited and got another one so am convinced this is the source URL
Thanks

Going to http://www.lost-media.com/ and clicking anywhere on the page sometimes brings up a popup from b.casalemedia.com (sometimes the popup is from fastclick instead) with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a3pre) Gecko/20070207 Minefield/3.0a3pre. I also sometimes see casalemedia popups from http://snopes.com/

When I visit one site, I believe my free email on Juno.com, I sometimes get a pop-up from "DriverCleaner.com" to download & scan my computer. It's a very annoying pop-up since it keeps coming up (a cookie?) & closing & opening Firefox did not get rid of it. The only way I've found to remove it is to
1. Ctrl-Alt-Del / close FireFox
2. Start FireFox, New session
3. clear all temp files using Tools/Clear Private Data (Ctrl-Shift-Del)
4. clear out everything except saved passwords.
That takes care of it until I do something in Juno that reactivates the ?cookie? or something & I have to go through the above steps again. Most of the time it looks like I'm just clicking on my email, to read one, & then this pop-up appears.
So, somehow pop-ups are allowed for juno.com even though I have NOT added juno.com to the pop-up exception list.

I think this should be marked WONTFIX. There have been ad-blocking extensions that block nearly all popups for many years.
