Coincidently, March 13, 2006 was both the day bug 286149 ("release something resembling a Firefox community edition") was closed, and the last day anything was pushed to ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk-fs We're not doing ourselves any good having a convenient place to find random trunk builds from September 2005 to March 2006, we should just get rid of it.
I wonder what broke such that they stopped... Still, the point of latest-trunk-fs was to have builds of Firefox without any proprietary software (e.g. talkback) or a EULA. Now that Iceweasel exists, it doesn't seem to me that reviving them serves any purpose. :-( Gerv
We weren't planning on reviving FS nightlies (which would require a Tinderbox, etc., etc., etc.) at any point, but bug 362902 tracks doing FS builds of releases, which we'll be doing for 1.5.0.10/2.0.0.2 and onward.

(I've also deleted the builds in ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk-fs, since they are indeed very old and not very relevant to life anymore.)
(That's what this bug was about, deleting those builds, so yay! you fixed one, not boo, I got wontfixed again.)
