I had Sunbird 0.4  200470130 build installed and today I checked for updates. New version of Sunbird was found and downloaded. I selected to restart Sunbird. A progress window was shown. Then nothing happened.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install Sunbird 0.4  20070130
2.Check for updates and download
3.Select "restart now"
Actual Results:  
1.Sunbird continue updating and then doesn't start
2.You need to start it manually
Confirmed with updating from Sunbird 0.4a1 (20070201).

When you try to start Sunbird again you got an error message, which says xpcom_compat.dll is missing and Sunbird should be re-installed.
