Details

When a new review is added, it doesn't show up immediately under reviews (due to needing editorreview). This isn't communicated to the user at all, so it might seem like the review wasn't saved.
I added a confirmation page when a review was stored (SVN r2336). It uses a new msgid: "addon_review_in_moderation".
