See forthcoming screenshot - it only looks like this in suiterunner. Either we're picking up some style rules that we shouldn't or 10.3.9 can't handle them correctly.

If you load a help file in the browser, links are white:
text-decoration: none on *|*:-moz-any-link
and *|*:link color rgb(240, 246, 255), both rules from about:PreferenceStyleSheet
So, this looks a bit related to bug 370308.

Hmm, loading chrome://communicator/locale/help/nav_help.xhtml will get me *|*:link color of rgb(80, 249, 255) from about:PreferenceStyleSheet

This appears to have been fixed by Standard8's patch in bug 374404 (that fixed bug 370308).
