Account creation only sees server names and users names but not the port numbers. 

(I do have another server on the same host but listening on a different port)

Instead of only the server name a combination of server name and port should be taken into account. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Try to generate 2 accounts with the same user and server but with different ports
Actual Results:  
Error Message: "An account with that user name and server name already exists. Please enter a different user name and/or server name."

Expected Results:  
Two accounts generated.
