Build 2000-04-21-15M16: Mac 9.0

Overview: In the 3pane view select the Account level, select the File menu and 
the following changes should occur so it matches the spec:

1. Add
a. Open Message: Should appear after "New"

b. Compact Folder: Should appear after "Empty Trash on <server>"

c. Netscape Address Book Sync: Should appear after "Import"

2. Change
a. .Open Attachment: Should change to "Open/Save Attachment"

b. Get New Messages: Should change to "Get New Messages for--->"
where a submenu appears with:
- Selected Account Only
- Selected Account and All Connected Accounts
--------------------------
- Get Next [x] New Messages (greyed out when a mail server is selected)

c. Empty Trash: Should change to "Empty Trash on <server>"

d. Rename Folder: Should change to "Rename <Account>" (since the account level 
is selected. 
Note: Waiting on jglick to decide the position of this menu item.

e. .Import: Should change to "Import" and be enabled.

f. .Page Setup: Should change to "Page Setup..." and be enabled.

g. .Print Preview: Should change to "Print Preview..." and be enabled

3. Move
a. Subscribe: Should appear above "Empty Trash on <server>"

4. Delete
a. .Offline

per mail triage:  remove nsbeta3 nomination and move to future milestone.  For 
the short term, we will combine items here into three bugs (in 3pane) to address 
for nsbetat3:  1. delete, change text, move menuitems;  2. enable/disable and 
text changes on context (dynamic);  3.  accelerator keys to work.

When this bug gets revisited after the first release, we'll need to see what 
items remaining that need to be addressed.

There are really too many bugs for me to keep straight everything that i should 
change. I could just work on matching the spec and then all menu bugs could be 
assigned to jglick as spec issues.

It is a dupe of bug# 75622 which is basically a summary bug (it covers 3pane: 
all menu items, mnemonic and accelerator issues in the same bug). The reason for 
marking it Invalid is because I don't want to create more noise in the summary 
bug. Please go to bug# 75622 for more recent status.
