I've been getting this error message for a little while now. After a clean
install (delete mozregistry.dat movversion.dat and Users50 directory), when I
launch mozilla the first time:
"The procedure entry point ?ReplaceChar@nsString@@QAEAAV1@PBDG@Z could not be
located in the dynamic link library xpcom.dll."
This doesn't happen on the second launch. I'm currently using winNT build
2000042608.

Clean install : delete your old program directory. You might have stale dlls
that are causing this.

This is actually a duplicate of bug #37125. The root cause is that the
-talkback.zip mozilla nightlies still include an obsolete DLL. This leads
to the alert thrown with this message on WinNT during the initial xpcom
crawl through the components directory.
