We have two pages for dictionaries one for Firefox: http://remora.stage.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/browse/type:3 one for Thunderbird: http://remora.stage.mozilla.com/en-US/thunderbird/browse/type:3 The Thunderbird page link will be included into Thunderbird 2 start page. This page should have download links and not install links because the install links will install the dictionaries in Firefox, not Thunderbird.
