When scrolling the page, the footer GUI doesn't refresh smoothly. Instead it kind of flickers on and off on the page.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Bungie.net
2. Scroll down
3. Watch the GUI flash on and off
4. Do the same with an old Mozilla or other browser
5. Notice it doesn't happen then.
Actual Results:  
Same Results

Expected Results:  
Smoothly showed the GUI as if it never changes

The performance of this site is bad, also in branch. But trunk is much worse. 
The flickering image is probably bug 324819.
But later on (in August 2006) something else happened what made it scroll really ugly, and that is caused by one of the bug 343655 blocking bugs, probably bug 361754.

Ah well, I said it wrong, I meant that this part of this bug is a regression from bug 343655 and possibly a duplicate of bug 361754.
