In the preference window, the last option (Refresh Settings) of th e Genreal Tab has no accesskey key.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the preferences window 
2.Go to the General Tab
3.Try to select Refresh Settings option using the keyboard
Actual Results:  
Unable to select the Refresh Settings checkbox using the keyboard.

Expected Results:  
This option should have an accesskey.

Confirmed. The preference in question was added long after Bug 347813 was fixed and verified. A patch for the missing accesskey belongs into this bug not Bug 347813.
