The guys in bug 283456 are doing a Serbian localization in both alphabets.
Also, as far as I know [1], you can simply transliterate from Cyrillic to Latin alphabet, so that's not much work if you already have a Cyrillic version.
Bojan, could you co-operate with them? I think any help would be appreciated.

I suggest marking this bug as a duplicate of 283456.

Summary: I would like to register a new l10n team for Serbian (Latin). The language code is sr_rs_latn. → [sr-RS-latin] Serbian (Latin): unknown product(s)

Yes, it's a duplicate of bug 283456.
Be aware though, that following discussion with Axel Hecht on news:mozilla.devel.l10n, Mozilla is unlikely (read not) to support both scripts for Serbian.
