When creating a mail filter rule containing the "status" option, the selection field is empty after the mail filters are reopened, and there is no selection dropdown to choose from any more.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create filter from message using at least two criteria, from which one is "status" (e.g. "status - is - read"), and select "match all of the following"
2. close message filter window
3. reopen message filters and filter rule
Actual Results:  
selection filed is empty, no dropdown list available

Expected Results:  
selection field showing selected criterion and available dropdown list

no theme used, default windows font and colors changed

by the way: The filters don't work when using 'status'-rule, due to this.
