When I surf on the Internet using Mozilla Firefox, the web sites go up and down (it like the TV's in the old time). It never stops. If I use Explorer, it does not do that.

User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 6.0; SLCC1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; Media Center PC 5.0; .NET CLR 3.0.04506)
Build Identifier: Ultimate

Let say that I go on google, I can see the web site moving a little bit up and down very quickly. At first, I thought that I had a virus onto my computer. I ran 2 different anti-virus scan and I had no viruses. I have been using Mozilla Firefox for 2 years now and I have never seen that before. I goes down a few milimetres up and then a few milimetres down right away and it is contant. If I open up a program (WORD) it does not do that, nothing else but Mozilla Firefox goes up and down. I tried to delete the program and download it again and the problem is still there.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.When I use Mozilla Firefox to surf on the net.
2.If I close it and reopen a new window, it will do it again.
3.If I let it open (a window) and don't do nothing for a while, it will do it no stop
Actual Results:
It jumps up and down.

Expected Results:
To stop!

Like before, be constant!
