375059 - the window for email header is fixed in size and it can not be scrolled

In case of opening the main "Mail and Newsgroup" window, when clicking on small plus sign to see message header, the opened window with all details of header has no scrollbars, so if line length is longer than window, it cannot be scrolled and the same for the lengths in rows. I use setting in windows for font size 120% , but I think that has nothing to do with that.
In case I use the CTRL+U switch to see the message source, it works okay.
I think this is an annoyning bug.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open mail and newsgroups
2.open one email
3. click to the plus to view the message header
Actual Results:  
described above

Expected Results:  
the window should have scrollbar at least for up down and rewrap option, or boths.
