When pressing ' in the page source view, the "Quick Find (links only)" UI is shown.  Since there are no links in that view at all, this should be disabled.  If left enabled, other than the confusion it results in, no search attempt will succeed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. View the source of any page.
2. Press '
Actual Results:  
The "Quick Find (links only)" UI is shown.

Expected Results:  
Nothing should happen.
