Fizzle (see URL above) has been moved back to the sandbox. Now there is no download box at all on the page, yet I am sure there are files.

Yes, now I see it as well.
Yeah, the sandbox code doesn't show public-marked files for sandboxed add-ons. I moved the fizzle files to the sandbox, in this specific case; morphing lightly.
