375329 - Add possibility to search for extension developers / authors

At the moment, it is not possible to find the extensions of a developer without knowing the name of one of his extensions. Try searching for "Palant" on the public pages.

Please add the author field to the content which is used for searches.

Not sure about the Palant issue, but if I search for my favorite addon author, I do get his results:

Marking as fixed since I intentionally indexed this in the Search rewire.

I just tried searching for myself, both capitalized and uncapitalized. My eleven themes do not show up. I'd say this is not fixed.
