Bug 371080 "fixed" the squished appearance of pref buttons with -moz-appearance: button-small in Firefox by just removing the style rule making them button-small; we need to follow along.
(As a bonus, it keeps us from getting messed-up appearance for the buttons in the spinbuttons in <textbox type="number">)

While I'm porting Fx fixes to this file, might as well get the bug 284762 fix for a bogus "margin: none;" that's been doing nothing but filling the error console for several years.
