I see this on today's linux build (2000050109) Install and launch the browser Click on the 'Add' button in Sidebar and select 'customize' Observe that the 'Customize Sidebar' window opens up very small in width. But the window can be expanded and all panels are seen. Expected: Default size of the 'Customize Sidebar' window should be big and show all panels.

This is essentially bug #37836, but I'll leave this as a separate bug to track this feature, dependent on bug #37836
Depends on: 37836

I forced the dialog to start at a specific size. If a user changes the height and hits "Save" or "Cancel", the new size is persisted. Marking fixed.
