I have Thunderbird 2.0 RC1, Windows XP PL. I'm from Poland, and I'm use polish keyboard settings. I'm write email. I enable CapsLock. I wont write Ć [[big] in polish setting keyboard left alt+c]. Thunderbird write ć [small], when i disable CpasLock, and write Ć [shift+c+left alt], all works (this is not problem of fonts).

problem is with Ą too.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. setting keyboard on polish
2. Open Thunderbird 2.0 RC1
3. Open new message
4. Enable CapsLock
5. Try write Ć using left alt+c
Actual Results:  
Look ć but not Ć


Standard installation with:
minimalize to tray
lightning
talkback
disable enigmail
with polish and english dictonaries
