ok, so the office then. justin: roc is a contractor, and does not currently have a mozilla.com account. I believe office VPN is currently set up so you automatically get it if you're in the dc=com domain within LDAP (which he isn't). How do we handle this?

I've added your ssh key to your LDAP account anyhow, so when the other permissions details get worked out, that part will work.

office vpn access is approved.

I moved your LDAP account to rocallahan@mozilla.com . Same password. This will get your VPN access to "office.mozilla.org". I also created your mozilla.com email address and added you to contractors@mozilla.com.
