378005 - filter on tags needs a criteria "none" or "any"

In the past I was able to filter for messages being tagged at all(e.g. important in any way) by selecting "tag - is not - none" (I don't know the exact English version, sorry). That seems not to be possible any more. Perhaps you can change this minor problem...
