cannot drag and drop address cards from personal address book to personal lists as we could before this version.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on address card
2. drag to list on the left
3. shows stop sign and won't accept it
Actual Results:  
nothing

Expected Results:  
add address to list

Use ctrl whilst dragging to copy the card to the mailing list - you can't move cards into lists - they must exist in the parent ab. Dup of bug 349044.
