User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.8.0.10) Gecko/20070228 Camino/1.0.4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.8.0.10) Gecko/20070228 Camino/1.0.4 One site I visit functions better with adblocking turned off. It would be nice to be able to put only that website as an exception to adblocking, much like you can for pop-ups. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
This may be a dupe of bug 314046 (which sort of generally covers this request) but I swear we've talked about this specific thing before.
Have you filed a bug about that site? We don't want to be breaking legitimate content if we can avoid it.
(In reply to comment #2) > Have you filed a bug about that site? We don't want to be breaking legitimate > content if we can avoid it. > Yeah... i filed a bug a month or so ago about www.stltoday.com.. don't have the number off-hand. even with adblocker turned off, the site still does weird stuff, like loading graphics in the wrong spot, but with adblocker off at least it is functional... with adblocker on, occasionally links wouldn't send me anywhere.. it's just sit on the homepage and say "reading data from.." or whatever on the status bar.
I'm going to resolve this as a dupe of bug 314046, and if we decide that bug is too general, specific behaviours can be split off in separate bugs.
