Lightning 0.3.1 running with Thunderbird 2.0 on Linux and/or Windows XP.
The calendar cannot be printed because the print option is not available. Thunderbird emails can be printed, it is only when the calendar is showing that there is no option to print it.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start TB2.0 with Lightning 0.3.1 add-on
2. Click 'File'
3. Print option is 'greyed out'
Actual Results:
Cannot print lightning calendar
Expected Results:
Print dialog, or a printed page.
Print the calendar page.

Lightning 0.3.1 doesn't offer any print functionality.
Printing will be available with the upcoming Lightning 0.5 release.
