Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch orca and thunderbird.
2. Create a new message.
3. Expand the recipients combobox with Alt+Down arrow.
4. Browsing the drop down menu list.
Expected result:
It should fire correct label name when focus is tabbed to one menu item.
Actual result:
It only fires To instead of other label names.
Additional info:
This bug can be found with thunderbird 20070515 trunk nightly build.

compose addressing is being redesigned for 78, so the old interface won't be getting attention.
