According to the current 05/03/00 revision of the mail prefs spec, there are
some wording changes which should be made to the Message Composition (formerly
known and Composing Messages) panel.

The wording changes for existing prefs currently apply to:
1.  HTML in structure phrases prefs - change example text
2.  8-bit mime - consolidate to one checkbox pref and revise wording

Original changes were ok, but there is still an outstanding word change that I
don't see covered under any other bug. Will reopen. Suresh can reassign to
putterman if need be.

As of jun21 commercial build: The "languages" section in the composition panel
needs descriptive text/wording change.  See spec.

Additional changes needed to this panel as of 7/14/00. Nominate as b3mail.

1. Panel title (left pane and top of pane) should be "Message Composition" (P3)

2. Forwarding: "Then" should be capitalized (P4)

3. "Convert structured phrases to html styles..." should be removed. (P4)

4. Languages: Text label missing. "Use the following character coding as the 
default for composing messages:" is missing. (P3)

OK except for the labeling for the character coding label text (item 4 in
jglick's comments from 07-14-00). "Use the following character coding as the
default for composing messages:"

I'm fine with leaving off the descriptive text Laurel mentioned in the last 
comment. Since this menu item is now grouped within the "Composing Messages" 
group box, the descriptive text isn't necessary.
