feature: change # votes input field to checkbox

Details
All the components except WebTools seem to have a maximum of 1 vote now. So,
why not simplify the voting process by replacing the # of votes input field
with a simple checkbox?

I'm not sure how it would look, but it probably wouldn't be TOO hard to special-
case this so if the maximum number of votes was 1, it becomes a checkbox, but if
it was higher, it would be an input field still.
