381601 - Downloading an item by choosing Save As from context menu does not add item to download manager UI

When trying to download several tools to verify the import of the downloads.rdf file into sqlite, I noticed that when choosing "Save As" from the context menu, those items were not being added to the download manager UI.  After restarting Minefield, the items are now being added, so this may be an intermittent issue.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browse to a page with links to download items
2. Right click and choose "Save As" to save an item to your desktop


Actual Results:  
The saved item is sometimes not appearing in the download manager list.

Expected Results:  
It should always appear in the download manager list.

This is rather intermittent, but it seems to occur if you continue to download items by right clicking on them and choosing "Save Link As". Eventually, you will get to a situation where you no longer see these items appearing in the UI even when there are no other downloads occurring.

One way to reproduce it is to go to some site for software, download a couple of titles, then head over to http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla1.8/

And right click, save on each binary and mar file.  By the time you get half-way through the list, the files will stop appearing in the UI.  I was allowing each download to complete before starting the next one.
