Since the last upgrade of b.m.o (somewhere around Feb 10), we fixed many annoying bugs (look at the 2.23.4 -> 3.0 list), including a fix preventing data corruption in old charts. We still get dupes from users on b.m.o reporting stuff we already fixed weeks ago (such as problems with flag notifications). Please upgrade to either 3.0 or even better 3.0+.
