User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.3) Gecko/20070309 Firefox/2.0.0.3 Build Identifier: It would be really cool if Thunderbird remembered the last move action performed *per account*. I.e. if I have defined several accounts, each of them has one move action that I perform most, but this is dependent of the account. If I move mail in Account1 to subfolder Bla, then I do not want the "Move to Bla again" menu item from Account2 refer to "Move to Account1/Bla again" but I would prefer to see the last action performed with Account2. Thanks for listening. :-) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.

Many thanks Wayne for these examples. This is, in my opinion, sufficient to say that this function should definitely be improved: most users probably do not get the time, will and sometimes even lack the skills to track down such issues and report them, but it doesn't mean there isn't a silent discontent with those (or worse, that people switch to another mail client due to such issues; personally, I am tied to Tbird as it is the most production-ready one on Debian, but for other OSes, the situation may well be different). As I am not neutral in this affair - I want this to be solved -, a poll could be conduced so as to confirm a little less subjectively that this is what users want, if you feel that further confirmation is needed. By the way, is there a means to "put my money where my mouth is", such as Debian LTS, but directed to multi-account support in Tbird?
> is there a means to "put my money where my mouth is", such as Debian LTS, but directed to multi-account support in Tbird? Not through mozilla or with Thunderbird. However, public mechanisms do exist to place a bounty to pledge your money. Examples at https://mzl.la/2fp50e3 In general bounties tend to not be very motivating - but you never know. And it can't hurt.
