When a drop down menu is drawn (ie, from File) it is not cleared unless you
click somewhere else in the browser. If you switch to another program before
clicking somewhere else in the browser, the menu stays on the screen on top of
other applications.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Mozilla Browser
2.Click on a menu (i.g. File)
3.Change to anothe rprogram without clicking anywhere in or on the browser.
Actual Results: Menu drop down options still on screen
Expected Results: currently running application should be on the screen.

This is a direct dup of bug 38293, which I expect to soon be marked a dup of
38218. Marking this as a dup of 38293 for now, though. Oh what a tangled web
we bug reports weave...
