Used 05-04-12-M16 commercial build

IMAP Cyrus: Biff is not working correctly

1) Setup the Cyrus IMAP mail biff for 1 sec
2) After receive the mail
3) The biff not go away

Expected results: biff should go away after read mail messages

Additional Info: There was bug 37826 logged for MS Exchange Biff and this is for 
Cyrus

Based on bug 37826, assign directly to gayatrib and Cc Scott, David & Jeff

Feel free to reassign to the right person If I was assigning to wrong people.

We may want to group all the biff bugs together.

I'm sure these are all just dups of 16545.  I'm not sure it's worth writing up 
biff bugs related to different servers until biff works on our servers.
