Start downloading a file 2. Click download-properties in Download Manager 3. Wait until download has finished and see properties again Actual Results: While downloading you see the point "Finished:" showing you the start time When the download is finished, you don't see that point anymore at all Expected Results: No point "Finished:" while downloading Should display the time when the download finished after actually finishing the download
