384835 - Search for tags fails on Windows

Using 2.0.0.4, Edit -> Find -> Search Messages.

If you search for a tag the window doesn't show any results, but saving the search as a folder works fine.

I'm also trying to do the equivalent in an extention and having the same problem. On Linux the same code works fine. This may be a bug in the search code itself.

I similar bug 344290 was verified fixed and I was unable to reopen.
