The attached file (saved as complete web page, open up auckland.html inside the zip file) causes:
###!!! ASSERTION: Creating a circular frame list, this is very bad.: 'this != aNextSibling', file c:\proj\mozilla-cvs\mozilla\layout\generic\nsIFrame.h, line 750
Followed by the assertion that says we're about to hang, and then we hang.
I just have to do print preview to get this to happen on the attached file.

Almost certainly -- in the debugger the circular frame was table-related.
