I'm using IE, which is discriminated against by Bugzilla 3.0.

1. load https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Bugzilla
2. file a bug
3. load https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Bugzilla
4. click attach and select a file
5. try to file your bug

Actual results:
