Hello,

it seems current TB reports new email arrival even for spams detected and moved immediately as a junk to the junk folder. It also does not provide any option to configure notification per some rule. I would like to see TB enhanced to support notification filtering. i.e.
in Tools->Message filters->Filter rules I'd like to see new action in `Perform these action' list provided like `Notify email arrival'. The filtering will be used for notification when in Edit->Preferences->General->When message arrives: check box for `Show an alert' is checked on and when added radio button `based on filtering rule' is switched on. The other value of radio button will be `for every message' -- which would support current behavior.
