Just got this error when modifying bug 30058. Modification went through and I 
got an email about it. Could this be something to do with mysql running as uid 
mysql... although doesn't sound like it:

DELETE FROM logincookies WHERE TO_DAYS(NOW()) - TO_DAYS(lastused) > 30: Table 
'shadow_bugs.logincookies' doesn't exist at globals.pl line 133.
The same error came when I was creating this bug.
/opt/mysql/var/shadow_bugs on lounge is _empty_, and directory dated 0:20. 
That's the time when nightly backup runs.

Clearing milestones, since we really shouldn't have them on these types of
resolutions.  Sorry for the spam everyone...
