If the URL points to an empty, but valid, named anchor (like the URL mentioned at top), the page is positioned at top-of-page instead of on the anchor in question.
This happens in today's trunk versions of both Firefox (Minefield) and SeaMonkey; it didn't happen yesterday.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browse to http://users.skynet.be/antoine.mechelynck/chroniq/noms/noms_m.htm#Meaux (or any other URL pointing to an empty named anchor)
Actual Results:
Page is positioned at top-of-page.
Expected Results:
Page should be positioned at the entry "Meaux" which is at its alphabetical location down the page.

Bug disappeared spontaneously in the next nightly: WORKSFORME for now.
Needless to say, I'll go on checking for this condition.
